What is the process of buying a Name at ZenithBrands?

Payment may be made by Escrow.com, PayPal/credit card or Crypto.

Once your purchase is made:

You will receive an email confirming the transaction.
Within 24 hours, you will receive a second email from a ZenithBrands representative detailing how to prepare for the transfer of your domain name with the transfer authorization KEY. The domain that you purchased is unlocked and ready to be transferred to your registrar of choice.

Domain name transfer process typically takes about 4 to 7 days to complete.
You become the new owner of the domain name and that remains listed in your own registrar account as long as the yearly registration is maintained through the registrar. There are no recurring costs from us. The only payment you make to us is the price you see for purchase.

Starting a company is hard. Purchasing a Brand Name doesn’t have to be. We have attempted to make the buying process as simple as possible. If you are interested in purchasing a specific name, simply contact us for an updated maket value price.

What do I get when I buy a name from ZenithBrands?

When buying a name you become the new owner of the domain name and that remains listed in your own registrar account as long as the yearly registration is maintained through the registrar.

You also receive suggested LOGO / Brand Identity that is shown alongside the domain name. It is yours to use if you wish and we send you the original graphics file, so that you can modify if needed. If you choose to not use the logo, there is no discount applicable to the total price of the domain name.

Are prices negotiable?

No, Prices are kept low and are indexed on market value.

Are names trademarked at ZenithBrands?

The names do not include trademarks or international registration, as that is not possible.
Only the domain name is purchased and saved. In order to apply for a trademark or registration, you will be required to specify the business in details with the location, type of business, and what services the company/product will be provided.

Since our unique domains and Brand Names can be purchased by anyone for any use, it would be impossible to file a trademark in advance.

Please do some research and/or seek legal advice to ensure that the name you are interested in does not have an existing trademark by a competitor in your industry and within your region.

If the name is not trademarked, or has a trademark different to how you plan to use it, then you should be able to trademark the name yourself. If there is an existing trademark, keep in mind that, as long as your business is in a different industry, you may still be able to file a trademark for the name.

What is ZenithBrands's Return Policy?

Refunds and exchanges are not allowed once an order has been placed, except in the case that the domain seller fails to initiate the domain name transfer within 10 business days from the time of purchase. Buyers are advised to perform all necessary diligence prior to making a purchase.

Brand LOGO revision option?

In addition to your suggested LOGO / Brand Identity you receive with your purchase as an option we can revise and adjust the logo to your needs. Additionally we can include a corporate visual guideline for your Brand consistency across all medium. Artwork will be delivered on professional file type, Vector and none-vector base .EPS, .PDF, .AI, .PSD, .JPG, .PNG.
